I have just left a company, loved the team loved my guests, but was not fully appreciated, and because of my can do attitude and support my team whenever or whatever. I was often tasked with things. Not in my job description, but because.. she's a lovely person im sure she'd do it for you. I realized change must come when I was too tired to pray. Burnt candles on both ends assisting and also doing my job.

Congratulations on your next step, Koko and for recognizing what was truly draining you. Too often a great team player is burned because they are taken advantage of. More giving than receiving. What are you looking forward to next in your new journey?

Im not sure , between a rock and a hard place, getting jobs back in my country is hard. And being the only person working in my household I need to go back out. So though it was for my mental health to leave my company, I may have to go back because I have people to take care of. I've applied and had multiple interviews, but I trying to hold out.Might have to go back to the same place that burnt me.. though I haven't burnt my bridges with them.
